Introduction

JJF1002 "Rules for Writing National Metrology Verification Regulations", JJF1001 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions", JJF1059.1 "Assessment and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitute the basic series of specifications for the revision of this regulation. This regulation is a revision of JJG 1035-2008 "Spectrum Analyzer for Communication". Compatible with JJG 1035-2008 In addition to editorial modifications, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Deleted the limitation on the wavelength range; --- Properly relax the measurement uncertainty requirements of the main standard optical wavelength meter according to actual needs; --- Simplified the measurement steps of resolution bandwidth and the expression of measurement results; ---Increase the error of the indication value of the wavelength measured by the beam splitter method, and reduce the measurement uncertainty caused by the change of the wavelength of the light source; ---Optical power indication and nonlinear verification of the optical spectrum analyzer directly refer to JJG 813 "Fiber Optic Optical Power Meter" implement; --- The verification requirements for polarization-dependent loss are deleted.
