Introduction
JJF 1071 "Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications", JJF 1001 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions",
JJF 1059.1 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitutes a basic series supporting the revision of this code
specification.
This code is based on GB/T 17671-1999 "Cement Mortar Strength Inspection Method (ISO Method)", JC/T 723-
2005 "Cement Mortar Shaking Table", JC/T 726-2005 "Cement Mortar Test Model" as the basis, the JJG918-
1996 "Cement Mortar Shaking Table" was revised. Compared with JJG918-1996, the main technology except for editorial modification
The changes are as follows.
---Cement mortar vibration table verification procedures are changed to cement mortar vibration table calibration specifications;
---Added the basic structure of the shaking table and the schematic diagram of the mortar molding test (see Chapter 3);
---The peak-to-peak value of vibration displacement is changed to (0.75±0.02)mm (see 4.1);
---Added the requirements for vibration instability time after startup (see 4.3);
---The vibration time is changed to (120±2)s (see 4.4);
---The braking time is changed to not more than 5s (see 4.5);
---The basic dimensions of the trial cavity are changed to length. (160.0±0.8)mm, width. (40.0±0.2)mm, depth.
(40.1±0.1)mm (see 4.7);
---Insulation performance requirements for the complete machine have been added (see 6.2.1);
---Increased the number of calibrations of vibration displacement peak-to-peak value, vibration frequency, and basic dimensions of the mold test cavity (see
6.2.2, 6.2.3, 6.2.8);
---Added the accelerometer installation location diagram (see 6.2.7);
---Added an example of the uncertainty evaluation of the calibration result of the peak-to-peak value of the vibration displacement (see Appendix A);
--- Modified the format and content of the original records and calibration certificates (see Appendix B and Appendix C).
The previous releases of this specification are as follows.
---JJG918-1996.

3 overview
The cement mortar vibration table (hereinafter referred to as the vibration table) is used to vibrate the cement mortar test body, and the cement mortar test body
It is a professional equipment for fixed frequency, fixed amplitude, and timed vibration together with mold trial and blanking hopper. The vibration table consists of fixtures, table tops,
It is composed of spring, motor, bias wheel and controller. The basic structure of the shaking table and the mortar molding test are shown in Figure 1.Vibrating table
Test principle. The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate to reciprocate the table top to vibrate the cement mortar specimen in the test mold.
