Introduction
This specification is based on JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications" and JJF 1059.1-2012
"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" was compiled.
This specification refers to GB/T 27664.1-2011 "Performance and Inspection of Non-destructive Testing Ultrasonic Testing Equipment, Part 1
Part. Instrumentation puts forward requirements for the measurement performance of the equipment, that is, the measurement performance includes stability, display jitter,
Pulse repetition frequency, etc., and refer to GB/T 27664.3-2011 "Performance and Inspection of Ultrasonic Testing Equipment for Nondestructive Testing"
Test Part 3.Combined Equipment" comprehensively evaluates time-base linearity, gain linearity, flaw detection sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio.
This specification is released for the first time.
Calibration specification for large multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detector
1 Scope
This specification applies to the calibration of large-scale multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detectors based on type A pulsed ultrasonic flaw detectors.
Calibration of damage testing equipment can also be used as a reference.
2 Reference documents
This specification refers to the following documents.
JJF 1001 General measurement terms and definitions
JJF 1034 Acoustic measurement terms and definitions
JJF 1294-2011 Ultrasonic flaw detector transducer calibration specification
GB/T 3102.7-1993 Acoustic quantities and units
GB/T 19799.2-2012 Non-destructive testing Ultrasonic testing No. 2 calibration test block
GB/T 27664.1-2011 Non-destructive testing. Performance and inspection of ultrasonic testing equipment. Part 1.Instruments
GB/T 27664.3-2011 Non-destructive testing. Performance and inspection of ultrasonic testing equipment. Part 3.Combined equipment
For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this specification; for undated reference documents,
The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this specification.
3 Terms and units of measurement
This specification adopts the quantities and units specified in GB/T 3102.7-1993.
Terms defined in JJF 1001, JJF 1034, JJF 1294-2011 and GB/T 27664.1-2011 and the following
And definitions apply to this specification.
3.1 Pulse repetition frequency
The number of pulses generated per unit time, in Hz.
[GB/T 27664.1-2011, definition 3.23]
3.2 Time base linear
The input signal provided by a calibrated time generator or multiple reflections of a plate of known thickness and its time base
A measure of the degree of close proportional relationship between the indicated signal positions.
[GB/T 27664.1-2011, definition 3.15]
3.3 Gain linearity
The signal amplitude input to the receiver of the ultrasonic flaw detector and its display (or additional display) on the ultrasonic detector
The displayed amplitude is close to a measure of the degree of proportional relationship.
