1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of glass and metal fence for construction, classification and marking, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules,

3 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Guardrail guardrail
A component consisting of a railing and a fence to prevent the body from passing directly or as a spatial division, code-named HL.
3.1.1
Fence railingpanel
Fence used in the glass plate, metal plate, steel rod, wire or metal mesh to prevent the body directly through the components.
3.1.2
Balustrade balustrade
Composed of columns and handrails, in the fence from the supporting role of the components.

Column baluster
Vertically fixed to the main structure of the building, used to support the armrest and glass plate, metal plate, steel rod, cable or metal mesh components.

4 Classification and marking
4.1 Classification and code
4.1.1 According to the use of the environment is divided into.
a) for outdoor use, code-named W;
b) Indoor use, code-named N.
4.1.2 according to the installation method is divided into.

5 material
5.1 stainless steel material should adopt austenitic stainless steel, chemical composition should be consistent with the relevant requirements of GB/T 20878, and Ni content should not be small
At 8.00%, Cr content should not be less than 16.00%.
5.2 High quality carbon structural steel, carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel should meet GB/T 699, GB/T 700 and GB/T 1591 respectively
The relevant provisions of the surface should take effective anti - corrosion, anti - rust treatment, and should meet the following requirements.
a) hot dip galvanized should meet the relevant provisions of GB/T 13912;
b) chromium plating should be consistent with the relevant provisions of GB/T 11379, should adopt Cu Ni Cr or Ni Cr coating, corrosion resistance requirements should be

6 requirements
6.1 Appearance
Appearance should meet the following requirements.
a) The surface of the fence and handrail should be smooth, with no sharp edges, sharp corners and burrs;
b) welding should be rounded, smooth, should not have cracks, obviously spot welding;
c) no obvious surface abrasions, scratches;
d) polished surface should be no pitting, sandwich and charred defects;
e) coating surface should be no fade, bubbles, from the spot, from the skin, the bottom of the drain and sagging and other defects;
f) the surface of the coating is dense, uniform, no exposed, yellowing, charred and other defects;
g) Anodic oxide film should be dense, no scorch and other defects.
6.2 Dimensions and allowable deviation
6.2.1 Column spacing
Column center spacing should not be greater than 1200mm; staircase rail column center spacing should not be greater than 3 step width.
6.2.2 pole clearance
The clearance of adjacent bars shall not be greater than 110 mm.
6.2.3 Description of the fence
Fence height, assembly and guardrail structure clearance and other related requirements, see Appendix A.
6.2.4 Allowable deviation
The allowable deviation of the guardrail shall be in accordance with Table 1.

6.3 Mechanical properties
6.3.1 Anti-level load performance
The anti-level load index of the guardrail shall be determined according to the horizontal load at the top of the railings specified in GB 50009, and the load acts on the middle of the two columns

7 test method
7.1 Specimen requirements
With 3 sets of columns, 1 set of handrails and 2 sets of fence assembly as a test piece. Two column spacing l should be the actual size requirements, no requirements

7.2 Appearance
Using hand test, visual inspection carried out.
7.3 Size and allowable deviation

7.4 Mechanical properties
7.4.1 Anti-level load performance
Anti-level load performance test shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix B.
7.4.2 Anti-vertical load performance
The test for vertical load performance shall be carried out in accordance with Annex C.
7.4.3 Impact resistance against soft and heavy objects
Anti-soft objects impact test should be carried out according to Appendix D.
7.4.4 Impact resistance against hard and heavy objects
Anti-hard objects impact test should be carried out according to Appendix E.
7.4.5 Wind pressure resistance
The static simulation test of wind pressure resistance shall be carried out according to Appendix F.
7.4.6 Mechanical performance test items and sequence
7.4.6.1 Mechanical performance test should be based on the actual use of the fence, the specific test items in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.

8 inspection rules
8.1 Inspection Classification
8.1.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
8.1.2 The factory inspection items are all items in 6.1 and 6.2.
8.1.3 Type inspection items are all items in 6.1 to 6.3.
8.2 Factory inspection
8.2.1 Group Batch and Sampling Rules
8.2.1.1 The appearance is full inspection.
8.2.1.2 Size and allowable deviation test, 3 samples are randomly selected from each factory inspection (delivery) batch.
8.2.2 Judgment and re-inspection rules

9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 mark

9.1.3 product packaging should be accompanied by product manual, packing list and product certification, product manual should include product description,

9.2 Packaging, transport and storage
9.2.1 Fence columns, handrails, fences and other components should be non-corrosive material packaging.
9.2.2 The packing box should be strong to prevent moisture and collision.
9.2.3 in the transport, storage process, should avoid rain, impact, and in a dry, ventilated environment storage, to avoid corrosive media erosion.

A.1 fence height
