4 General rules
4.1 General requirements
The tidal current power generation device is composed of a generator set, a supporting platform and a foundation. The key processes in the development mainly include numerical simulation and physical model testing.
Inspection, component development and complete machine assembly, indoor test and sea trial. The development of tidal current power generation device should meet the following requirements.
a) The tidal current power generation device should be designed according to the service life of 20a.
b) The test basis should be the first choice of national standards and industry standards. If there is no relevant standard, it should have an authorized and approved test basis, and have a test basis.
Trial report.
c) Environmental safety meets the following requirements.
1) The impact on water quality should meet the requirements of GB 3097;
2) The impact on marine organisms should meet the requirements of GB 18421;
3) The impact on ecological health should meet the requirements of HY/T 087.
