Sewage permit application and issuance technical specification
1 Scope of application
This standard stipulates the requirements for the basic situation of the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits for pollutant discharge units in the automobile manufacturing industry, and the permitted emission limits.
Methods for determining, actual emissions accounting and compliance determination, as well as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers, and discharge permit execution reports, etc.
Environmental management requirements, put forward feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control in the automobile manufacturing industry.
This standard is applicable to guide the pollutant discharge unit of the automobile industry to fill in the “Application for Pollution Discharge Permit” and the management letter for the national sewage discharge permit.
The information platform fills in the relevant application information and is applicable to guide the issuing authority to review and determine the permit requirements for the pollutant discharge permit of the automobile industry.
This standard is applicable to the discharge permit management of atmospheric pollutants and water pollutants discharged by pollutant discharge units in the automobile industry.
In the automobile manufacturing pollutant discharge unit, the production facilities or emissions of the “Fire Power Plant Air Pollutant Emission Standard” (GB 13223) shall be implemented.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Pollutant discharging units of automotive industry
Refers to automobile manufacturing, automobile engine production, modified automobile manufacturing, low-speed automobile manufacturing, electric vehicle manufacturing, automobile vehicles

4 Basic requirements for reporting the discharge unit
4.1 General principles
