| Summary | This standard specifies the terms and definitions of ultra-low emission flue gas treatment projects for coal-fired power plants, pollutants and pollution loads, general requirements, process design, main process equipment and materials, testing and process control, major auxiliary projects, labor safety and occupation. Technical requirements for sanitation, engineering construction and acceptance, operation and maintenance. This standard is applicable to the ultra-low emission flue gas treatment project of coal-fired generating units (including thermoelectric) supporting boilers (excluding W-fired furnaces) of 100 MW and above, and can be used as environmental impact assessment for the construction, reconstruction and expansion of coal-fired power plants. Technical basis for design, construction, commissioning, acceptance and operation management of protection facilities, and environmental supervision and discharge permit approval. The ultra-low emission flue gas treatment project for boilers with coal-fired generating units below 100 MW can be referred to. |
