This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 9532-1988 "lithium niobate, tantalum, lithium, bismuth germanate, bismuth silicate single crystal piezoelectric material type designation", and
GB/T 9532-1988 compared, in addition to editorial changes outside the main changes are as follows.
--- Change the name of the original standard. a piezoelectric single crystal material type designation;
--- Increased potassium niobate, lithium tetraborate, germanium and gallium lanthanum strontium gallium acid series;
--- Increased Y128 ° lithium tantalate single crystal sample grown.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the SAW and bulk acoustic wave device using a piezoelectric single crystal material type designation.
This standard applies to surface acoustic wave and bulk acoustic wave device naming piezoelectric single crystal material models.
This standard does not apply to material for artificial quartz crystal type designation.
