This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 9390-1988 "navigation terminology."
This standard compared with GB/T 9390-1988 main changes are as follows.
--- Added Chapter 1 "Range";
--- Modify the title "Aircraft landing" to "Aircraft approach and landing" (see 3.7; 1988 version 2.7);
--- Amend title "Air traffic control" to "New navigation system" (see 3.8, 1988 version 2.8);
--- Modify the heading "Instrumentation Navigation" to "Navigation Instrumentation" (see Chapter 4, 1988 Edition, Chapter 3);
