Foreword

GB/T 9160 "Rolling bearing accessories" is divided into two parts. - Part 1. adapter sleeve and withdrawal bushing; - Part 2. Locking nuts and locking devices. This part is part 2 of GB/T 9160. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part replaces GB/T 9160.2-2006 "Rolling bearing accessories Part 2. Locking nuts and locking devices", and GB/T 9160.2-2006 compared to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. - modified the representation of the code method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2006 edition); --- Removal of lock washers for lock nuts KM42 to KM56 (see Table 1 of the.2006 edition); - increased reference dimensions for HM and HML series of lock nuts (see Table 4 and Table 5); - modified material requirements for lock washers and locking cards (see 8.1,.2006, 8.1); - modified surface roughness requirements for lock washers and locking cards (see Table 13,.2006, Table 13); - Move the structural drawings and dimensions of the inner jaw lock washers to the appendix (see Appendixes A,.2006, Figures 3 and 5). 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 9160 specifies the lock that is used primarily for tightening and retracting bushings and screw shafts according to GB/T 9160.1 Tight nuts and locking device code, dimensions, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and signs and anti-rust packaging. This part applies to the production, inspection and acceptance of locking nuts and locking devices.
