Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 9082.1-1988 "die without gravity heat pipe aluminum pipe."
This standard and GB/T 9082.1-1988 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Modify the standard name;
--- Modify the scope of application;
--- Update the normative references;
--- Modify the product requirements, a clear test methods;
--- Modify the test conditions, the test items and methods;
--- Increasing the heat pipe start-up performance, and Appendix aproach to test different methods of heat pipe start performance;
--- Increased the heat pipe casing and the working fluid compatibility requirements, in the form of appendix gives the shell and tube heat working fluid combinations.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the structure die without heat pipe (hereinafter referred to as the heat pipe) technical requirements, test items, test methods and delivery preparation.
This standard applies to non-die heat pipe design, manufacture and acceptance.

4. Technical Requirements
4.1 Materials and Structures
4.1.1 refrigerants
Heat pipe working fluid selection based on application requirements, to meet the requirements of the heat pipe heat transfer in the working temperature range, and the shell material and welding phase

4.1.2 shell
Heat pipe shell material and structure depending on the application need to choose, within the operating temperature range of the structural strength of the envelope should meet the requirements, and

4.1.3 Compatibility
Prescribed lifetime of the heat pipe working fluid should not react chemically with the shell and welding materials to produce a sufficient amount of disruption to normal operation
