This Standard specifies the ordering details, dimensions, shape and permissible deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificate for steels of blade for steam turbine. The contracts or orders placed in accordance with this Standard shall include the following. a) Standard number; b) Product name; c) Designation; d) Specification or model (see Chapter 4); e) Weight and/or quantity; f) Processing purpose; g) Delivery condition; h) Items or specifications to be negotiated by both parties and specified in the contract; i) Special requirements (see 5.13).4 Dimensions, shape and permissible deviations
4.1 Hot-rolled round steel, flat steel and square steel 4.1.1 The dimensions, shape, and permissible deviations of hot-rolled round steel, flat steel (excluding hot-rolled flat steel under 4.1.2), and square steel shall conform to the provisions of Group 2 in GB/T 702-2008.The minimum length of hot-rolled steel shall not be less than 2000 mm. If fixed length or multiple length delivery is required, it shall be specified in the contract. The permissible deviations in length shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. 4.1.2 The dimensions and permissible deviations of hot-rolled flat steel with a thickness greater than 60 mm or a width greater than 150 mm shall conform to the provisions of Table 2.The shape and permissible deviations shall conform to the following provisions. a) The standard length is 2000 mm ~ 8000 mm, with a permissible deviation of mm for fixed or multiple lengths; b) The curvature per meter shall not exceed 4 mm. The total curvature shall not exceed 0.40% of the total length; c) The ends of the flat steel shall be sawn straight. The thickness cut skew shall not exceed 8% of the thickness. The maximum shall not exceed 15 mm. The width cut skew shall not exceed 4% of the width. There shall be no burrs or flash. The C value of the non-standard cross-section shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 702-2008 for hot-rolled flat steel. 4.1.3 As required by the purchaser and specified in the contract, the dimensions and permissible deviations of hot-rolled flat steel with a thickness not exceeding 60 mm or a width not exceeding 150 mm may also comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.2 Forged steel The dimensions, shape, and permissible deviations of forged round steel, square steel, and flat steel shall conform to the provisions of Group 2 in GB/T 908-2008.The minimum length of steel shall not be less than 1500 mm. When fixed length or multiple length delivery is required, it shall be specified in the contract. The permissible deviation of the length shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. 4.3 Irregularly-shaped steel The permissible deviations in the model and dimensions of irregular-shaped steel shall conform to the provisions of Table 3.Model drawings shall be provided by the purchaser. The minimum length of irregular-shaped steel shall not be less than 1500 mm. If fixed length or multiple length delivery is required, it shall be specified in the contract. The permissible deviation in length shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.The curvature of irregular-shaped steel shall conform to the provisions of Table 4.If delivery is required in sets, it shall be specified in the contract. 4.4 According to the purchaser's requirements, and after consultation between both parties and as specified in the contract, steel with special dimensional and precision requirements can be supplied.5 Technical requirements
