This standard replaces GB/T 7119-2006 "Water-saving Enterprise Evaluation Guidelines", compared with GB/T 7119-2006, major technical changes
as follows.

Water-saving enterprise evaluation guidelines
1 Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, evaluation principles, evaluation index systems and requirements for water-saving enterprises.
This standard is applicable to the water-saving evaluation work of industrial enterprises. The water-saving evaluation work of other enterprises can refer to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 21534 apply to this document.
3.1
Water-saving enterprise watersavingenterprises
Adopting advanced and applicable management measures and water-saving technologies, enterprises that have reached the advanced level in the domestic industry by evaluating water use efficiency.
4 Evaluation principles
4.1 Evaluation indicators should reflect the actual level of water management and water efficiency improvement, and combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
4.2 Consider the characteristics of water use in different industries and different products, and the differences in endowments of various water resources in the region.
4.3 It should have certain versatility for different types of enterprises, and enterprises in the same industry should have good comparability.
4.4 It should be operable, the data source is authentic, the measurement and statistics are consistent, and it is easy to evaluate.
5 Evaluation index system and requirements
5.1 Water-saving enterprise evaluation index system includes basic requirements, management indicators and technical indicators.
5.2 Water-saving enterprises should all meet the basic requirements, as shown in Table 1.
5.3 Water-saving enterprise management indicators mainly evaluate the company's water-saving management system, management organization, water supply and drainage facilities and water equipment management, water meter
Volume management, water balance test, water-saving technology transformation and investment, water-saving publicity, etc., specific indicators and requirements are shown in Table 2, the indicator scoring method is attached

5.4 Water-saving enterprise technical indicators include enterprise water withdrawal, reuse, water leakage, metering, drainage and unconventional water source utilization;
According to the characteristics of water intake, water use and drainage in different industries, different technical indicators should be selected according to Table 3; the technical index value should reach the industry.
For advanced level, the calculation method of technical indicators is shown in Appendix B.
Note. The advanced level of the industry is determined according to the water use efficiency and water saving potential in the industry.
