Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 6792-1996 "bus body skeleton stress, strain measurement method." This standard compared with GB/T 6792-1996, the main changes are as follows. --- Increasing the bus skeleton terminology explanation (see 3.1); --- Delete the original standard equipment on specific aspects of fixation methods and damping terms (see the 1996 version 5.2.1 - 5.2.4); --- Revised test equipment for specific requirements, such as. the "tape recorder" to "Data Acquisition System" (see the 1996 version 3; this Chapter 4 edition); --- Increasing the braking condition and vibration condition test methods in dynamic stress tests to distinguish vibration conditions and braking conditions (see 7.2); --- Increasing the braking condition Test site requirements (see 5.2.3); --- Increased vibration conditions bench test method (see 7.2.2). The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F and Appendix G are informative appendices. This standard was proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission. This standard by the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC114) centralized. This standard was drafted. National Bus Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd., Xiamen King Long Engineering Co., Ltd., Jinhua Youngman Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard. Zhou Zhengping, Wei Jianhua, Duan Yong, Li Dongmei, Zhou Qin State, Fangfang. This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows. --- GB/T 6792-1986, GB/T 6792-1996. Bus skeleton stress and deformation measurement methods

1 Scope

This standard specifies the bus skeleton stress and strain measuring instruments, auxiliary equipment, measurement conditions, measurement methods, measurement results and measurement processing Report the amount of content. This standard applies to passenger cars backbone non ramjet body, you can refer to other passenger use.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 4780-2000 and established in the following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Passenger load carrying body and the chassis frame.

4 measuring instruments and auxiliary equipment

4.1 Measuring Instruments Static strain gauges, dynamic strain gauge, data acquisition systems, signal processing systems, roll meter, multimeter, megger, vehicle road simulation vibration Dynamic test stand and so on. 4.2 aids Support vehicle stool, bar, plate, gauge length, triangular wood and other (straight length and regulations may make reference to Appendix A).

5 measurement conditions

5.1 Environment 5.1.1 Static measurements indoors. Temperature of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, the rate of change does not exceed ± 2 ℃/h; relative humidity less than 85%; no direct sunlight, heat radiation, wind and corrosive gases; non-frequency magnetic field interference. 5.1.2 Dynamic measurements on roads. A temperature of 0 ~ 40 ℃, the rate of change does not exceed ± 2 ℃/h; relative humidity less than 85%; test No amount of link power frequency magnetic field interference. Testing, environmental conditions 5.1.3 in the vehicle road simulation vibration test rig reference 5.1.1. 5.2 Site 5.2.1 static measurement site should be flat, the angle of inclination of not more than 1%, otherwise the plate pad level. 5.2.2 dynamic measurement sections should be similar to bus line runs required in Table 1.
