Foreword

The standard is "rolling screws" one national standard series. The series of standards include. --- GB/T 6560 Cross recessed pan head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6561 Cross recessed countersunk head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6562 Cross recessed countersunk head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6563 Hexagon head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6564.1 Hexagon flower-shaped cylinder head rolling screws; --- GB/T 6564.2 within the hexagonal-shaped flower pan head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6564.3 Hexagon flower-shaped countersunk head screw extrusion; --- GB/T 6564.4 within the hexagonal-shaped flower countersunk head rolling screws. This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 6562-1986 "Cross recessed countersunk head self-tapping screws." This standard and GB/T 6562-1986 compared to the main changes are as follows. --- Modify the standard name; --- Specify the type size of the screw head and GB/T 820 same (see Chapter 3); --- To increase the size of a predetermined shape and non-threaded shank (see Chapter 3); --- Increasing the thread size M2, M8 and M10 (see Table 1); --- Adjust the length of the screw and the preferred length range (see Table 1); --- Implementing GB/T 3098.7-2000 Cancel "performance rating" provisions (see Table 2); --- Increase the reference GB/T 16938 (see Table 2); --- Increase in non-electrolytic zinc flake coating surface treatment (see Table 2). 3 Dimensions

Size code and labeling shall comply with GB/T 5276. Screw type dimensions shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Screw head type size and GB/T 820 same.
