1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for ship completion documents (hereinafter referred to as completion documents) upon completion of the ship product, the basis for their preparation, and
The contents of the completion documents, the items in the completion documents, the carrier of the completion documents, the inventory and inspection of the completion documents, the packaging and shipping, and the submission of the completion documents.
This document applies to the research and development and production of civilian vessels, as well as the modified parts of converted civilian vessels. Other vessels may refer to this document for reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
ship's finished document
After the ship is built, the as-built drawings and technical specifications are prepared based on the design, construction, inspection, and testing results to meet the needs of the crew for use and maintenance.
The term refers to all technical documents, including files, system files, and equipment files.
3.2

Drawings and technical documents provided by the system or equipment manufacturer.
4 General Requirements
4.1 A list of completion documents shall be prepared for each vessel and submitted with the completion documents.
4.2 The completion documents shall provide the crew with technical support for the use and maintenance of the ship and the systems and equipment installed on the ship.
4.3 The completion documents should be consistent with the actual delivery status of the vessel, ensuring that the drawings, documents and physical objects are consistent.
4.4 The preparation of completion documents shall conform to the standards stipulated in the shipbuilding contract signed with the shipowner; if not stipulated, the content of the completion documents shall...
