Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 6074-2006 "Dimensions, Measuring Forces and Tensile Strengths of Plate Chains, Connecting Rings and Grooved Wheels".
Compared with GB/T 6074-2006, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The explanation of chain number in "Chain Number" has been changed, and the pitch unit has been changed from "3.175mm (1/16in)" to...
In Example 2, change "1.5875mm (1/16in)" to "GB/T 124312A" (see 4.2, see...).
(2006 version 3.2);
---Dynamic load indicators have been added (see Table 1 and Table 2);
---Two annotations, c and d, have been added to "Table 1". Annotation c is used to indicate dynamic loads (see Table 1), chain numbers LH0844 and LH1044.
In LH1244, LH1644, LH2044, LH2444, LH2844, LH3244, and LH4044, the superscript 'b' should be changed to 'd' (see...).
Table 1 (see Table 1 in the.2006 edition);
---Note c has been added to Table 2 and marked under dynamic loads (see Table 2);
---Added considerations for chain applications on certain types of machines and conditions under which chain tests are invalid (see 4.4.1);
---In "Minimum Tensile Load", change "Minimum Strength Value" to "Minimum Load Value" (see 4.4.2, see 3.4.2 in the.2006 edition);
---A "Dynamic Load Test" has been added, providing a method for determining the dynamic load value and the maximum test load (see 4.4.4);
---Change "bent plate link" to "transition link" (see 4.7, see 3.7 in the.2006 edition);
---Change the outer contour radius r to the distance k from the pin hole center in the vertical direction to the outer contour arc, and also modify the relevant views.
Expression (see Figure 3, Table 3, and Table 4; see Figure 3, Table 3, and Table 4 in the.2006 edition).
This document is equivalent to the international standard ISO 4347.2015 "Plate chains, connecting links and pulleys - Dimensions, measuring forces, tensile strength and dynamic loads".

Introduction
This document includes two series of chains, one derived from the ISO 606A series and the American ASME B29.8 standard.
One series of chains is marked with the symbol "LH" or "BL"; another series is derived from the ISO 606B series and is marked with the symbol "LL".
mark.
Tables 1 and 2 both specify the minimum dynamic load requirements; calculation details are provided in Appendix A.

3 Terms and Definitions
This document does not contain any terms or definitions that need to be defined.
4 chains
4.1 Structure and Form
The structure and type of the chain are shown in Figure 1, Table 1 and Table 2.The figures do not define the actual shape of the chain plates.
4.2 Chain Number
Plate chains derived from the ISO 606A (ASME B29.8) series are designated with the prefix "LH" ("BL"); those derived from the ISO 606B series...
The derived plate chain is designated with the prefix "LL"; the first two digits of the designation indicate the chain pitch, which is 1.5875 mm (1/16 in).
Multiple; the last two digits indicate the combination of chain plates (the combination of the number of outer chain plates and the number of inner chain plates).
The same principle is used in the ASME "BL" designation method, where the first one or two digits of the designation represent the chain pitch.
Multiples of 1/8in.
Example 1.The nominal pitch of a plate chain derived from ISO 60608B, with 12.7mm, and containing two inner and two outer chain plates, is designated as follows.
LL0822
Example 2.A plate chain with a nominal pitch of 19.05 mm, derived from ISO 60612A (ASME 60 chain), comprising 3 outer link plates and 4 inner link plates.
The chain number is as follows.
