Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 5785-2016 "Hexagonal Head Bolts - Fine Thread". Compared with GB/T 5785-2016, the main differences are in structural adjustments and formatting.
Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The M18×2 specification has been added (see Table 2);
b) For M14×1.5 specification, dwmin is changed to 19.64mm (see Table 1,.2016 edition);
c) Minimum and maximum standard length rules were added, and the minimum and maximum standard lengths were adjusted accordingly (see Figure 1 and Table 2).
Tables 1-5 and Table A.1);
d) The performance grade 5.6 for steel bolts (see Table 3 in the.2016 edition) has been deleted, and performance grades 12.9/12.9 have been added (see Table 6);
e) Add stainless steel bolt groups D4 and D6 and performance grade 80 (see Table 6);
f) Remove non-ferrous metal bolts (see Table 3 in the.2016 edition);
g) Add signs and labels (see Chapter 6).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 8765.2022 "Fasteners - Fine thread hex head bolts - Product grades A and B".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 8765.2022, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.
---The statement in ISO 8765 that "If other technical requirements are needed, the performance level can be selected from ISO 898-1, and from ISO 888 or..." has been removed.
Dimensions are selected in ISO 4753.(Chapter 1), which is not part of the scope of this document;
---ISO 225 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 5276 to adapt to my country's technical requirements (see Chapter 4);
---ISO 4753 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 2 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Figure 1);
---ISO 262 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 9144 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Figure 1);
---ISO 888 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3106 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Tables 3-5);
---ISO 8992 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 16938 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Table 6);
---ISO 965-1 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 197 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Table 6);
---ISO 898-1 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3098.1 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Table 6, Chapter 6, etc.).
