Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 5784-1986 "Hexagonal Head Bolts, Fine Rods, Class B". Compared with GB/T 5784-1986, the only differences are in the structural design. Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) The type of the under-head washer face has been added so that the manufacturer can choose it, and dimensional limits have been specified (see Figure 1); b) Added M3.5, M7, and M18 specifications (see Table 1 and Table 2); c) For d≤M5, the dw,min value is changed from smin-IT16 to smin-IT15 in order to obtain a larger bearing area, thereby reducing the contact pressure; For d > M5, the dw,min value should be recalculated according to GB/T 3103.1; d) The kW and min values should be recalculated according to GB/T 3103.1; e) The emin value of M3 was changed (see Table 1, 1986 edition); f) The performance grade of stainless steel bolts has been increased by 50 (see Table 3); g) Added technical requirements for non-electrolytic zinc sheet coating according to GB/T 5267.2, and technical requirements for hot-dip galvanizing according to GB/T 5267.3 (see...). Table 3); h) Added signs and labels (see Chapter 6). This document is modified to adopt ISO 4015.2022 "Fasteners - Fine-barreled hexagonal head bolts (barrel diameter approximately equal to thread pitch diameter) - Class B". The technical differences between this document and ISO 4015.2022, and the reasons therefor, are as follows. ---The statement in ISO 4015 that "if other technical requirements are required, the performance level can be selected from ISO 898-1, and from ISO 888 or..." has been removed. The selection of dimensions in ISO 4753 (Chapter 1) is not part of the scope of this document. ---ISO 225 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 5276 to adapt to my country's technical requirements (see Chapter 4); ---ISO 4753 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 2 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Figure 1); ---ISO 888 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3106 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Tables 1 and 2); ---ISO 8992 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 16938 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Table 3); ---ISO 898-1 has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 3098.1 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Table 3, Chapter 6).
