Foreword

This standard is GB/T 5539-1985 "Inspection of vegetable oils fats qualitative test" amendments. This standard and GB/T 5539-1985 main technical differences are as follows. --- The standard name be changed to "Inspection of grain and oil qualitative test"; --- Increasing the terms and definitions; --- "Tung oil thermal polymerization test" with "tung oil purity test"; --- "Β- tung oil test" with "β- tung oil detection"; --- Cottonseed oil detection limit from 0.2% revised to 0.3%; --- Increasing the NA of the detection range of mineral oil, rice bran oil and Law does not apply sea buckthorn oil; --- Increasing the NA range soybean oil checked, this law does not apply to one or two soybean oil; --- Increasing the NA range rapeseed detected, this law does not apply to canola oil detection. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of vegetable fats qualitative test, equipment, test procedures and results of determination methods. This standard applies to tung oil, castor oil, linseed oil, mineral oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, canola oil, vegetable oil pigs Butter, camellia oil, tea seed oil, hemp seed oil or qualitative detection test.
