1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and designation, ordering details, manufacturing process, technical requirements, and testing procedures for plastic-coated composite steel pipes and fittings used in industrial pipelines.

This document applies to plastic-coated composite steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as plastic-coated pipes) used in pipelines in industries such as nuclear power, thermal power, chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal, and shipbuilding.
