Introduction
Short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) are chlorinated derivatives of straight-chain alkanes, with a chain length of 10 to 13 carbon atoms and a chlorination degree of 40%.
70%. In rubber products, short-chain chlorinated paraffins are mainly used as plasticizers and flame retardants, which can improve the processing properties of rubber products or make rubber products...
It has flame-retardant properties. In recent years, SCCPs have been proven to be a class of persistent, bioaccumulative, and physiologically toxic chemicals, posing significant environmental and health risks.
This has a significant impact on the ecosystem. To protect the environment and promote the green and sustainable development of the rubber products industry, it is necessary to establish a method for measuring the content of short-chain chlorinated paraffins.
Determining a method is essential.
GB/T 46326, "Determination of Toxic and Hazardous Substances in Rubber Products," aims to provide a method for determining the content of toxic and hazardous substances in rubber products.
The law is proposed to be divided into the following parts.
---Part 1.Pentachlorothiophenol;
---Part 2.Short-chain chlorinated paraffins;
---Part 3.Resorcinol;
---Part ×. Determination of Lead Content;
---Part ×. Determination of Cadmium Content;
---Part ×. Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Content;
---Part ×. Determination of polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers;
Determination of toxic and harmful substances in rubber products
Part 2.Short-chain chlorinated paraffins
