1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, structure, requirements, inspection rules, marking, storage and transportation of flexible hoses and hose assemblies for fracturing. And the test methods for its relevant properties are described. This document applies to flexible hoses and hose assemblies used between the fracturing truck (skid) and the fracturing wellhead during acid fracturing operations. The conveying medium is acid fracturing fluid, proppant, hydrochloric acid with a maximum concentration (mass fraction) of 30%, liquid carbon dioxide, nitrogen, etc. The diameter is between 38mm and 180mm, the maximum working pressure is 103.5MPa and 138.0MPa, and the working environment temperature is -35℃~45℃. The working medium temperature is -35℃~100℃. The recommended maximum flow rate and maximum flow rate of the hose are shown in Appendix A.

4.1 Hose The hose is composed of an inner lining layer, a reinforcement layer, and an outer covering layer. It can be equipped with an inner lining wear warning layer, a fire retardant layer, and an outer covering wear warning layer as needed.
