This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 46150 "Boilers and Pressure Vessels". GB/T 46150 has been published in the following parts.
--- Part 1.Performance requirements;
--- Part 2.GB/T 46150.1 Conformity inspection procedure requirements.
This document is modified to adopt ISO 16528-2.2007 "Boilers and pressure vessels — Part 2.Conformity checking procedures to ISO 16528-1"
Require".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 16528-2.2007 and their reasons are as follows.
--- Deleted the relevant instructions on ISO /TC11 publishing the conformity table on the website in the conformity procedure to improve operability.
--- Increased the scope of application to comply with relevant regulations.

1 Scope
This document specifies the procedures and standard format for conducting conformity checks on boiler and pressure vessel product standards to demonstrate that they meet the

This document is applicable to product standard conformity inspection defined by the performance requirements of GB/T 46150.1-2025.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 46150.1 apply to this document.
4 Conformity Check Procedure
This document provides a detailed description and expansion of the performance requirements of GB/T 46150.1 by refining the following two criteria.
a) Requirements for failure modes to be considered in Chapter 7 of GB/T 46150.1-2025.
b) GB/T 46150.1-2025, Chapter 8 on technical requirements and Chapter 9 on conformity assessment requirements.
The conformity check shall be carried out in accordance with the conformity table given in Chapter 5.
5 Compliance Table
5.1 Table 1 is used to list the failure modes considered in the review criteria.
5.2 Table 1 lists the main failure modes specified in 7.3 of GB/T 46150.1-2025.At least the table should clearly state the standards under review.
