This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 46150 Boilers and Pressure Vessels. GB/T 46150 has been published in the following parts.
--- Part 1.Performance requirements;
--- Part 2.GB/T 46150.1 Conformity inspection procedure requirements.
This document is modified to adopt ISO 16528-1.2007 “Boilers and pressure vessels — Part 1.Performance requirements”.
Compared with ISO 16528-1.2007, this document has the following structural adjustments.
--- Chapters 3 to 9 correspond to Chapters 2 to 8 of ISO 16528-1.2007.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 16528-1.2007 and their reasons are as follows.
---Changed the scope of pressure vessels and boilers to be consistent with the requirements of Chinese regulations;
--- Added the normative reference documents GB/T 2900.48 and GB/T 26929 related to terminology, and deleted "boiler" and "pressure vessel"
The terms and definitions of "construction", "maximum allowable pressure", "owner", etc., and the terms "inspection", "manufacturer", and "third-party inspection agency" have been changed.
In order to adapt to my country's technical conditions, the definition of "certification" has been changed to be consistent with the current version of the relevant international standards.

introduction
GB/T 46150 Boilers and Pressure Vessels specifies the performance requirements for boiler and pressure vessel construction based on failure modes.
GB/T 46150 is composed of two parts.
--- Part 1.Performance requirements. Obligations and responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction of boilers and pressure vessels, failure modes to be considered, and
The technical requirements in terms of materials, design, manufacturing, inspection, etc. are explained.
--- Part 2.GB/T 46150.1 Conformity inspection procedure requirements. Provides a standardized procedure for identifying boilers and
Whether the pressure vessel product standards comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 46150.1.
Boilers and pressure vessels Part 1.Performance requirements
1 Scope
This document specifies performance requirements for the construction of boilers and pressure vessels.
This document applies to the construction requirements of boilers and pressure vessels, and does not include requirements for operation, maintenance and inspection of in-service equipment.
The scope of pressure vessels is as follows.
a) Pressure vessel body, including the groove of the first circumferential joint where the pressure vessel is welded (bonded) to the external pipe or device
surface, the first threaded joint end face of the threaded connection, the first flange sealing surface of the flange connection, the special connector or pipe fitting
The first sealing surface of the connection, the pressure cover of the pressure vessel opening and its fasteners, the connection between the non-pressure component and the pressure component
welds;
b) Safety accessories and instruments directly connected to pressure vessels;
c) Non-pressure components directly connected to the pressure vessel, such as supports, skirts, etc.
The scope of boiler is defined as follows.
a) Boiler body, including drum (shell), start-up (steam-water) separator and water storage tank, heating surface, header and its connecting pipes, furnace, combustion chamber,
The whole consists of equipment, air preheater, furnace wall, smoke (air) duct, structure (including platform and escalator), etc.
b) Pipes within the boiler area, including.
1) Power station boiler, including main feed water pipe, main steam pipe, reheat steam pipe, etc. and the area within the first valve (excluding valve
the branch pipe of the gate (the same below);
2) For boilers other than power station boilers, which are equipped with steam (water, oil) separation tanks (hereinafter referred to as "separate steam tanks"), including the outlet of the feed water (oil) pump
The pressure pipe within the first circumferential weld connecting the outlet of the sub-cylinder and the external pipe; if there is no sub-cylinder, including
The pressure pipeline from the outlet of the water (oil) pump to the main steam (water, oil) outlet valve.
Note. The main feedwater pipeline refers to the pipeline from the check valve at the outlet of the feedwater pump to the inlet header of the economizer; the main steam pipeline refers to the pipeline from the outlet header of the final superheater to the steam turbine.
The pipeline within the high-pressure main steam valve (for boilers operated by main pipe, to the first valve before the main pipe); the reheat steam cold section pipeline refers to the turbine exhaust check valve.
The reheat steam hot section pipeline refers to the pipeline from the last stage reheater outlet header to the turbine medium pressure main steam valve.
c) Safety accessories and instruments.
d) Auxiliary equipment and systems.
This document does not apply to nuclear components, railway and marine boilers, marine pressure vessels, gas cylinders, oxygen tanks, piping systems and mechanical equipment such as turbines.
Machine and mechanical casing.
