3.Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
perishable waste
Perishable household waste containing organic matter.
Note. This mainly includes leftover food, discarded vegetables, fruit peels, and withered branches, leaves, and grass in front of and behind the house.
3.2
For the buildings used for composting, certain measures should be taken, such as installing a translucent roof on the sunny side to utilize sunlight to raise the temperature of the compost pile.
This facility aims to accelerate the aerobic composting and maturation of easily perishable waste, thereby achieving harmless treatment of easily perishable waste through composting.
3.3
After being crushed and pre-treated, the composting materials are placed into the composting unit and remain in a relatively static state without external force, relying on natural ventilation or strong airflow.
The ventilation and oxygen supply system completes the process of biological aerobic degradation and decomposition.
3.4
After being crushed and pretreated, the composting materials are fed into the composting unit, where they are continuously or intermittently transported by a forced ventilation and oxygen supply system and a mechanical mixing system.
In an active state, it completes the process of biological aerobic degradation and decomposition.
