introduction
This document is an extension of ISO 3567 for describing the characteristics of magnetically suspended rotor vacuum gauges (SRGs) for use in calibration or as reference vacuum gauges.
and a supplement to ISO 27893.
Magnetic levitation rotor vacuum gauges are used to measure high vacuum and medium vacuum pressure. Use this type of vacuum gauge for pressure value transmission and measurement.
For medium and high vacuum pressures, it is recommended to provide the relevant parameters, calibration results and uncertainties specified in this document.

Specifications, calibration and measurement uncertainty
1 Scope
This document defines the terms related to the magnetic suspension rotor vacuum gauge (SRG) [2]-[4], specifies the parameters required for the SRG, and describes in detail the
The calibration procedures and required uncertainty components for these vacuum gauges are given in this document. This document is applicable up to a pressure limit of 2 Pa.
