1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
cross-domainsharing
Scenarios where data providers and data users from multiple different control domains share data.
Note. Participants in the cross-domain data sharing process include but are not limited to data providers, data users, data intermediaries, etc.
3.2
Data provider dataprovider
The entity that provides data resources and has the right to decide other parties' access, sharing and use rights to their data.
3.3
Data user
An organization or individual that obtains and uses data through legal means based on agreements signed with data intermediaries, data providers, etc.
3.4
In cross-domain data sharing, data sharing management specifications are formulated to provide data providers and data users with service docking, data alignment and
and cross-domain control and other functions to ensure the secure implementation of cross-domain data services.
