1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for cyberspace mapping, including basic measurements, data provision, mapping and map applications.
This document is applicable to the surveying and mapping of cyberspace.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
cyberspace
The interconnected digital environment consisting of the networks, services, systems, people, processes, organizations, and things that reside in or traverse the digital environment.
Note. Cyberspace mainly relies on information and communication technology infrastructure carriers such as the Internet, telecommunications networks, and various control systems and equipment.

3.2
cyberspaceresource
In cyberspace (3.1), targets that can be detected and sensed using network measurement methods.
Examples. infrastructure, application services, data resources, etc.
3.3
A set of mathematical rules for assigning coordinates to elements of cyberspace resources (3.2).
Note. This refers to the positioning reference system for cyberspace resource elements.

cyberspacemap
Based on the cyberspace coordinate system (3.3), according to certain drawing rules, use mapping methods to express the location of cyberspace resources (3.2)

Cyberspace-timedatum
The time system and corresponding parameters used to describe the time when an event occurs in cyberspace, as well as the coordinate system used to describe the location of cyberspace resources.

Note. It includes cyberspace time reference and space reference. Cyberspace time reference usually includes time origin, advancement mode, accuracy and length, etc.
The space reference usually includes the origin, basis vectors and scale.
