3.1
Ocean Economy
The sum of various industrial activities for the development, utilization and protection of the ocean, as well as related activities.

Ocean Industry
Production and service activities carried out through the development, utilization and protection of the ocean.
Note. It mainly includes the following four aspects.
---Production and service activities that obtain products directly from the ocean;
---Processing, production and service activities of products directly obtained from the ocean;
---Product production and service activities directly applied to marine and marine development activities;
---Production and service activities that utilize seawater or ocean space as a basic element of the production process.
