1 Scope

This document establishes the production procedures of the authentic medicinal material Atractylodes lancea, and stipulates the selection of production areas, seed and seedling preparation, planting techniques, field management, etc. It provides operating instructions for the stages of processing, harvesting and primary processing at the origin, packaging and storage, and describes traceability methods such as production record and file management. This document applies to the production of Atractylodes lancea in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and other adjacent ecologically similar areas.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Daodi herbs The selected products are selected through long-term clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, produced in a specific region, and have higher quality and efficacy than the same kind of traditional Chinese medicine produced in other regions. Better, stable quality and highly recognizable Chinese medicinal materials. 3.2 Bei Cangzhu Atractylodes chinensis (DC.)
