1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for raw materials, auxiliary materials, processing water, sensory, physical and chemical, net content, etc. of frozen shrimp paste, and describes the corresponding test methods.
It stipulates inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to the processing and sales of frozen shrimp paste.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36193 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
The Penaeidae, Pandalidae, Crangonidae, Palaemonidae,
Whole shrimps, shrimps or shrimp paste of solenoceridae family are used as the main raw materials (shrimp meat accounts for more than 50% of the ingredients), which are pre-processed, crushed,

4 Requirements for raw and auxiliary materials
4.1 Raw materials
The raw materials should be of good quality. Frozen shrimp should comply with the provisions of GB/T 30889, and frozen shrimp meat should comply with the provisions of GB/T 40963.
4.2 Excipients
Edible salt shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5461.Other auxiliary materials shall comply with the provisions of corresponding product standards.
