1 Scope
This document describes the determination of o-phenylphenol in footwear and footwear components by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC ﹘ MS/MS)
method.
This document applies to the determination of o-phenylphenol content in footwear products and footwear materials.
Note. GB/T 29292 gives the test materials that may contain o-phenylphenol.

3 Terms and definitions

4 Principle
Add appropriate amount of acetonitrile to the shredded sample to fully soak it, extract it in an ultrasonic water bath, cool and filter it to obtain the test solution, take an appropriate amount of the test solution and use high performance liquid chromatography
The analysis was performed by chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) and the quantification was performed by external standard method.
5 Reagents or materials
5.1 Acetonitrile, chromatographic grade.
5.2 Water. Water used in HPLC testing should comply with the requirements of GB/T 6682 Grade 1 water or be water of equivalent purity.
5.3 Anhydrous sodium sulfate, analytical grade (dried at 400 °C for 4 h and stored in a sealed desiccator before use).
5.4 o-phenylphenol (OPP), CAS No.. 90﹘43﹘7, purity not less than 98.5%.
5.5 Standard stock solution. Weigh an appropriate amount of OPP standard substance (5.4) and prepare it with acetonitrile (5.1) to a mass concentration of

5.6 Standard working solution. dilute the standard stock solution (5.5) in acetonitrile (5.1) to prepare at least 6 solutions of corresponding mass concentrations.
Standard working solution, such as 0.005 mg/L, 0.01 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 1 mg/L. At 0 ℃~
Store in a refrigerator at 4°C away from light. The shelf life is 1 month.
