This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 4465-2003 "basic dye dyeing shade and relative strength."
This standard compared with GB/T 4465-2003, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Change the standard name is "basic dye shade intensity and determination" (see standard name, the 2003 version of the standard name);
--- Cancel the cotton fiber staining (see 2003 version 6.2);
--- Increasing the solution assay (see 6.2).

1 Scope
