1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the bunkering and transfer systems and equipment for liquefied natural gas fuelled ships, excluding the liquefied natural gas specified in the IGC Code.
Gas fueled ships.
This document is applicable to all sizes of ships sailing internationally and domestically, and mainly includes the following five items.
a) Equipment. liquid and vapor delivery system;
b) operating procedures;
c) Requirements for LNG suppliers to provide LNG bunkering and delivery instructions;
d) personnel training and qualifications;
e) LNG facilities comply with ISO standards and regulations of the country or region where they are located.
