Compared with ISO 9618.2016, this document has the following structural adjustments.
Added Chapter 3 “Terms and Definitions”; -
Chapter 4 corresponds to Chapter 3 of ISO 9618.2016.-
The technical differences between this document and ISO 9618.2016 and their reasons are as follows.
GB/T 91 replaces ISO 1234 (see Table 1) to suit my country's national conditions. -
The following editorial changes were made to this document.
To coordinate with the existing standards, the name of the standard is changed to "MJ thread hexagonal slotted thin nuts for aerospace use"; -
Change Notes 1 and 2 in the scope to footnotes of the article (see Chapter 1) to suit my country's national conditions;
The presentation form of the structure diagram has been changed (see Figure 1) to be more in line with the drawing habits of the domestic industry;
The letter representation method in the structural dimensions has been changed (see Figure 1 and Table 1) to be more in line with the marking habits of the domestic industry;
The notes of Figure 1 were placed in the main text, Notes 1 and 2 were added, some footnotes were deleted and some were added as needed in the figure.
Footnotes to suit my country's national conditions.

There are no terms or definitions that require definition in this document.
4 Structure and size
The structure and dimensions of the nut shall conform to the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1, and the shape and position tolerances shall conform to the provisions of ISO 8788.
The dimensions and tolerances of the nuts are for the parts after surface coating and before lubrication.

1) 450 MPa, 600 MPa, 900 MPa, 1 100 MPa and 1 250 MPa, when the highest strength grade bolts are used for testing, the nuts
The minimum tensile strength load that can be sustained at a certain temperature without failure.
2) 120℃, 235℃, 425℃, 315℃, 650℃, 730℃ and 600℃, the nut will not be permanently changed after it is subjected to the highest use temperature and returns to room temperature.
The maximum operating temperature depends on the material or surface treatment state of the nut.
