3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 32400 and the following apply to this document.

Cloud computing
A model for provisioning and managing scalable, elastic shared and virtual resource pools over a network in an on-demand, self-service manner.
Note. Resources include servers, operating systems, networks, software, applications, and storage devices, etc.

cloud native
A collection of technologies and methods for designing and building applications based on cloud computing architecture.
Note. Applications built using cloud native are elastic, agile, loosely coupled, easy to deliver, and easy to observe.

Artifact
A binary file generated by compiling and packaging the source code.

micro-service application
An application consists of a set of service components with atomic functions.
Note. Microservice applications have the characteristics of running in independent processes, being independently deployable, and using lightweight communication mechanisms.
