1 Scope
This document specifies the organizational management, facility handover, operation requirements, inspection requirements, maintenance requirements, materials, and other aspects of landscape lighting facility operation and maintenance.
Management requirements and operation and maintenance quality evaluation.
This document is applicable to the operation and maintenance service units for blocks, squares, bridges (including pedestrian overpasses), parks, green spaces, rivers, scenic spots and other public areas.
The operation and maintenance of landscape lighting facilities in public places with buildings and structures as carriers (hereinafter referred to as "operation and maintenance") is also applicable to property units.
Or a third-party organization evaluates the quality of operation and maintenance services.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 50303 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Landscape lighting
Lighting using artificial light for decorative and landscaping purposes.
3.2
A general term for nighttime functional lighting and landscape lighting for outdoor public spaces, buildings and other landscapes.
3.3
Run operation
Carry out daily inspections, start and stop control, working status monitoring, data statistics changes and optimization adjustments of landscape lighting facilities.
3.4
Maintenance
To ensure the daily maintenance and upkeep of the normal operation of landscape lighting facilities.
Note 1.Daily maintenance generally includes facility cleaning, facility reinforcement, lamp angle correction, facility anti-corrosion, etc., and is carried out in conjunction with inspection work.
Note 2.Maintenance includes general fault maintenance, major fault maintenance, emergency repair, external force damage maintenance, etc.
Note 3.General fault maintenance refers to maintenance performed on general damage to facilities (such as sporadic light failures, partial light failures, local damage that does not affect safe operation, etc.).
Note 4.Major fault repair is for faults that occur in the facility itself and are difficult to repair in a short period of time (such as. bulk damage to lighting fixtures, line failure, transformer and distribution failure, etc.)
