The sample was dissolved in water, extracted with petroleum ether, concentrated and purified with a Florisil solid phase extraction column, and measured by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and external standard method:

5:1:5 17-Pentatriacontene standard material/standard sample: 17-Pentatriacontene, C35H70, purity ≥98%:
5:1:6 Standard stock solution (1 mg/mL): Weigh 10 mg of 17-tripentadecene standard material/standard sample (5:1:5), place it in a beaker, and add
