The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 29329 and the following apply to this document:
3:1
When waste chemicals are mixed with each other or with specific substances, there will be no obvious heat generation, fire, explosion, polymerization, or toxic substances:
Chemical reactions or physical state changes such as the production of harmful substances:
4 General provisions
4:1 Personnel responsible for compatibility testing of waste chemicals should have basic knowledge of chemistry and safe operations, and be familiar with safe operations:
relevant requirements: Protective equipment that meets the requirements should be worn during operation, and all tests should be performed in a fume hood:
4:2 The sources, main components, and quantities of waste chemicals that require compatibility testing should be clearly identified: When it is determined that its ingredients are relatively single, refer to
Determine compatibility according to the chemical compatibility table (see Appendix A) and predict the hazards caused by incompatible chemicals:
4:3 Waste chemical samples should be sampled and prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 33057: Protective equipment should be worn when sampling to avoid inhalation and
Skin and eye contact: Mixed sampling of waste chemical samples in multiple packaging containers from the same batch with basically the same source and ingredients
When mixing, it should be reported whether there is heat, gas generation, precipitation, gelation, etc: during the mixing process: If a reaction is observed, the sample should be removed from each
Take samples from individual packages for testing:
4:4 The test should be carried out as soon as possible after the sample is brought to room temperature:
