1 Scope

This document establishes the procedures for purification of Salmonella pullorum in breeder farms, and stipulates the biosecurity measures for eliminating pullorum-positive chickens and purifying chicken flocks, etc. Operating instructions for each stage, describing methods for evaluating purification effectiveness. This document is applicable to the purification of Salmonella pullorum in breeder farms.

3 Terms and definitions
