3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 14699.1 apply to this document.
4 Sampling principles
4.1 The collection of samples follows the principle of representativeness to truly reflect the overall level of the sample.
4.2 Sampling should be carried out in a clean area. If there are no clean conditions, try to choose an area with less dust and non-production (except for assembly line sampling).
4.3 Sampling follows the principles of aseptic operation. Pre-prepared sterile sampling tools (equipment) and containers can only be opened during sampling. Dependent
When packaging samples for sampling, two people operate, one person is responsible for sampling, and the other person is responsible for opening, sealing and packaging the sample container.
4.4 During the sampling and sample transportation process, prevent cross-contamination of exogenous microorganisms caused by sampling tools and environmental factors or the inherent risks of the product.
Changes in microbial flora.
5 sampling personnel
5.1 Sampling personnel should be familiar with aseptic operations, understand measures to avoid changing the inherent microbial flora of the product, and be able to identify possible microorganisms involved in the sampling process.
hazards and risk factors.
5.2 Sampling personnel should wear work clothes, sterile gloves, masks, hats, shoe covers, etc. before entering the sampling area.
6 Equipment and Materials
In addition to complying with the provisions of GB/T 14699.1, sampling equipment and containers should also comply with the physical properties, particle size, and sampling volume of the sample.
and the special requirements of target microorganisms for oxygen, etc. Use appropriate methods to sterilize equipment and containers before use and keep them sealed and dry
dry state. Disposable commercial sterile equipment may also be used.
