This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

This document is modified to adopt ISO 4097.2020 "Evaluation method for ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM)".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 4097.2020 and their reasons are as follows.
--- Increase the reference to GB/T 9881 (see Chapter 3) to facilitate the search for related terms;
--- Replaced ISO 247.2006 (see 5.3) with the normatively referenced GB/T 4498.1-2013, the consistency between the two documents
The degree is modified for the practical application in our country;
--- Increase the reference to GB/T 4498.2-2017 (see 5.3) for practical application in my country;
--- Increased the information of national standard sample operating oil (see 6.1) to meet the needs of users;
---Deleted the relevant content of "double cone blender and Waring agitator", because it is not suitable for mixing a small amount of compounding agent (see
6.3.2.2 of ISO 4097.2020);
--- Changed the method of evaluating vulcanization characteristics with a rotorless vulcanizer (see 7.2) to meet the needs of users;
--- Changed the symbol of the vulcanization characteristic parameters measured by the rotorless vulcanizer (see 7.2, Chapter 10).
