General design requirements for space station application payloads
1 Scope
This document specifies the design basis, design principles, payload classification, general design and verification of payloads for space station applications
certificate requirements.
This document applies to the design and verification of payloads for applications inside and outside the space station cabin. Payload ascending with a cargo or manned spacecraft
payload, the payload that goes down with the manned spacecraft, and the payload that carries out on-orbit actual (test) tests in cargo spacecraft, manned spacecraft and cargo airlocks
The load can be used for reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30114.1 apply to this document.
4 Payload classification
The payloads are classified as follows.
a) The load in the cabin mainly includes the standard load unit (SPU) of the experimental cabinet, the standard drawer unit (SDU) of the experimental cabinet, the independent load in the cabin,
Standard unit load in the cabin, where.
1) SPU. It is fixedly installed in the scientific experiment cabinet in the cabin or the empty cabinet in the cabin by using the back plate, with standard interfaces and envelopes.
An experimental device used to achieve specific scientific experimental goals. SPU standard envelope size can be 1x, 2x or 4x units;
2) SDU. It is installed in the scientific experiment cabinet in the cabin or the empty cabinet in the cabin with standard guide rails. It has standard interfaces and envelopes.
An experimental device used to achieve specific scientific experimental goals. SDU standard envelope size can be 1x, 2x or 3x units;
3) Independent load in the cabin. installed in the sealed cabin of the space station, with independent and complete functions and performance, in addition to engine, electricity, heat, gas and other interfaces
In addition to supporting scientific experiments and technical test loads that do not depend on other payloads to complete their tasks. In meeting the requirements of machine, electricity, heat,
Under the constraints of gas and other interfaces, the independent load in the cabin can be individually designed;
4) Standard unit load in the cabin. the payload of the actual (test) test carried out in the standard unit in the cabin, its mechanical, power supply, information, heat
Interfaces such as vacuuming and vacuuming are provided by the standard unit in the cabin. The standard unit load in the cabin is generally divided into four specifications, namely.
Type I, Type II, Type III, Type IV.
b) Outboard loads mainly include standard outboard loads and non-standard outboard loads. Among them, the standard outboard loads can be divided into medium-sized standard outboard loads.
