1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of dried abalone. This document is applicable to fresh or frozen abalone (Haliotis Spp.) as raw materials, after shelling, gutting, cooking, drying, shaping, etc. Dry products made by craftsmanship.
