1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the location method of the pathogen in the diagnostic protocol for oyster monosporidiosis.
(Haplosporidiumnelsoni), which gives the reagents or materials, equipment, samples, test procedures and results required for the in situ hybridization detection method
determination.
This document is applicable to the assessment and diagnosis of the degree of infection of Monospora niseri in oysters; other shellfish can also be implemented by reference.
