1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements and drying process for honeysuckle air source heat pump drying.
This standard applies to the air source heat pump hot air drying of honeysuckle.

3 Terms and definitions
The following definitions and terms apply to this document.
3.1
Air source heat pump drying
The technology of heating and dehumidifying by air source heat pump or dehumidifying by refrigeration to meet the drying requirements.
4 General requirements
4.1 Air source heat pump requirements
4.1.1 The safety requirements of air source heat pumps should meet the requirements of GB 25130.
4.1.2 The operational safety requirements for the integrated operation of the air source heat pump and the drying chamber shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 7 in NB/T 10158-2019.
4.1.3 The heat pump energy efficiency of the air source heat pump shall meet the requirements of NB/T 10156-2019.
4.2 Drying room requirements
4.2.1 The construction materials of the drying room should meet the requirements of heat preservation, heat insulation, and internal wall anticorrosion and rust prevention.
4.2.2 The air ducts of the drying room are reasonably arranged, the hot air should be evenly circulated, the condensed water should be discharged smoothly, and the volatile gas should be discharged normally.
4.2.3 The design, construction, installation and use of the drying room shall meet the requirements of SB/T 10345.2, SB/T 10345.3, and SB/T 10345.4.
4.2.4 A sampling window (or an observation window can also be used as an observation window) should be set at the center of the side wall of the drying room.
