1 Scope
This part of GB/T 39142 stipulates that the surface plastic layer is modified polytetrafluoroethylene plastic-steel back two-layer bonding composite self-lubricating sheet
The material structure characteristics, technical requirements and test methods.
This section applies to the self-lubricating board (hereinafter referred to as the board) made by the plastic layer of modified polytetrafluoroethylene and steel back bonding.

3 Structural features
The board is composed of a surface plastic layer and a steel back layer by bonding. The surface plastic layer adopts modified polytetrafluoroethylene, and its thickness is
0.1mm~1.0mm. The steel back layer is made of high-quality carbon structural steel, and the carbon content is generally not more than 0.08%. The surface of the steel back can be galvanized or tinned to prevent corrosion.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Bonding force between layers
According to the method specified in 5.1, the peeling condition of the board meets the 0-level standard.
4.2 Chemical stability
The plate is tested for chemical stability according to the requirements of 5.2, and the weight change rate meets the requirements of Table 1.
4.3 Compression set
The plate is tested according to the test conditions specified in 5.3, and the thickness reduction rate of the sample meets the requirements of Table 2.
