This Standard uses redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 9413.2012 “Tyre valves - Dimensions and designation”. Compared with ISO 9413.2012, this Standard is structurally adjusted. Annex A lists the comparison on clauses and subclauses between this Standard and ISO 9413.2012. Compared with ISO 9413.2012, there are technical differences in this Standard. The clauses involved in these differences have been identified by vertical single lines (︱) in the margins of their outer margins. Annex B gives a list of the technical differences between this Standard and ISO 9413.2012 and their causes. This Standard also made the following editorial modifications. - used “Tyre valve series” to replace the name of ISO 9413.2012 “Tyre valves - Dimensions and designation”. This Standard was proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
