3 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Industrial park infrastructure
Road traffic, water supply and drainage systems, energy facilities, environmental protection facilities, building facilities, lighting facilities, greening facilities, information

Greeningoftheinfrastructure
Various infrastructures in the park are constructed and transformed in accordance with the principles of co-construction, sharing, integration and optimization, in order to reduce the cost of infrastructure

4 Basic requirements
4.1 The infrastructure construction and transformation of the park shall.
a) Meet the production and living needs of enterprises and personnel in the park;

4.2 The construction and transformation of the park's infrastructure should follow the principles of co-construction, sharing, integration and optimization.
a) Road transportation. make full use of regional transportation resources, improve operational efficiency, and advocate green transportation;
b) Water supply and drainage facilities. make full use of the existing pipe network system resources in the area and reduce redundant construction; implement rain and sewage diversion and sewage concentration points

c) Energy facilities. make full use of clean energy and secondary energy to ensure the effective operation of energy metering equipment;
